This Automotive Superstore was a 36,738 sq. ft. new construction of an auto sales and service building including a 2,981 sq. ft. carwash. This job required the installation of two 1,000 gallon and one 3,000 gallon sand & oil separators and one 2,500 gallon reclaim tank. It also included 12” roof drains, 500 feet of trench drains, garage equipment of compressed air lines, grease and oil reels and the hook up of all owner-supplied equipment. Landmark Plumbing completed all plumbing and gas installation. This job was very fast-paced. All work was completed to owner satisfaction within the time limits provided.
